Efficient and Accurate Sorting
Peeled onions are distributed across nine lanes by a diverging shaker unit, with precise dosing onto the rotating roller table. The rotation ensures full visibility, allowing the vision system to inspect each onion individually. Based on the assessment, onions are automatically sorted through 3-way selection valves: fully peeled onions continue along the production line, while partly peeled onions are sent for re-peeling.
Hygienic and User-Friendly Design
The selection table features an open, hygienic design for easy cleaning and maintenance. A stainless steel control panel with HMI allows operators to manage both the shaker unit and the selection table efficiently, ensuring high throughput and consistent product quality.
