How it works:

Rounded potatoes, carrots and beets
The machine is equipped with specially developed carborundum and aluminium rollers, which provide the ideal balance between fast peeling and a smooth finish for potatoes, carrots and beets. When a higher yield is preferred over perfect rounding, the profiler can also produce peeled rounded cubes, commonly referred to as ‘baby potatoes’.
A key advantage of this machine is that it operates without using water, significantly reducing production costs and simplifying maintenance.
