The abrasive roller peeler is suitable for peeling or pre peeling a variety of root vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and beetroot.
How it works:
Roller peeler
The peeling rollers are coated with carborundum.
Roller peeling bed
Roller bed distributes the product evenly over the rollers and peels the product carefully.
Quick change system
Quick change system to remove peeling rollers without disconnecting drive parts.
Schrappen van product met rollen
The carborundum-coated rollers rotate to enable peeling and the central transportation auger guides the product gently over the length of the rollers.
The grit on the rollers is available in different sizes. Spirals on the rollers ensure that the product tumbles and prevent it from slipping through.
High-end electrical components, bearings and a fully stainless steel structure mean that the machine is built to last. The peeler is accessible from both sides and from the top for cleaning by opening the doors.
