Our advanced processing line is specifically designed for the efficient handling of carrots and root celeriac. With an abrasive roller peeler type FRS as core of the peeling line, carrots are peeled to ensure the highest possible quality with an infeed rate of 1500kg per hour.
STEPS IN THE PROCESSING LINE
The first step in our processing line is the FRS roller peeler. Here, the carrots are thoroughly peeled. After peeling, the carrots undergo inspection, followed by a careful washing process to remove any residues. Subsequently, the carrots are precisely sliced into strips, ready for further processing.
