EFFECTIVE SEPARATION AND CLEANING

Sand and stones are separated from the product as they sink to the quiet zone at the bottom of the basin. In this zone, there is no water flow, ensuring effective settling and removal of sand and stones.

The water pressure of the washer can be fully adjusted according to the type of product. Lighter products, such as lettuce, require a different water pressure than heavier products like cauliflower florets. This can be modified with adjustable valves, allowing precise pressure control per nozzle.
